The aims of the Case Management module are to provide participants with the appropriate skills, knowledge and understanding in relation to Investigation and Case Management and the factors that can impact on effective investigation.
Delegates will be able to explore how to plan and organise and investigation taking into account the different types of case and the importance of having effective processes in place to manage the investigation.
Record keeping is an important aspect of any investigation and delegates will be able to identify the appropriate method of recording decisions in policy books and action logs.

This course is aimed at those conducting investigations whether for a public body, a private corporation or as a sole investigator. It is essential for all those involved in investigation to understand how an investigation is structured and what tools are available to assist them in planning and undertaking new cases.
